Below is information regarding Syncing, Relisting, and Cleanup; the main functions in Kicksync. Think of them as your Kicksync routine.

In short:
When you Sync an item to Amazon you are creating a new product offering under a master product ASIN.
Press the Sync button on the dashboard to begin creating your item offerings on Amazon. You will search for and assign them to the ASIN, and of course research and assign a price.
You can also choose to:
“Ignore” the item. It will then no longer show up in your Sync queue.
“Skip” an item, it will remain in the Sync queue and you can sync it later.
Any item can be found using the search bar, whether ignored or not.
For more about Syncing and some in-depth tips see our Syncing page HERE.
The “Relist” button on the dashboard opens the bulk relister.
With Kicksync, our highest priority is to keep your products from over selling. To keep that from happening, you need to use KickSync’s smart relister.
Kicksync will only relist the items to eBay that have expired without selling. Amazon will keep your items posted until they sell, think of the relist buton as doing the same for your eBay listings. You need to do your relists at Kicksync as other third party tools won’t have access to your Amazon sales records and could relist those sold items.
On the Relist window, you can Relist all by clicking the button at the top, or relist individual items by clicking on them.
Rest assured, only items that have not sold out will be in your relist queue.

Your plan includes a fixed number of “Syncs” when an item is sold out you’ll want to unsync it so the sync can be used again on a different item.
Items can be cleaned up automatically using your inventory plan setting. You can also manually bulk clean up your items using the Clean Up button on the dashboard.
Only items that have been shipped and sold out for 7 days can be cleaned up. This allows for transactions that are cancelled (like unpaid items) to be reposted with ease.

Keeping your in stock eBay listing online when they expire is top priority so you don’t miss sales.
You must use Kicksync’s bulk relist tool, to avoid accidentally posting an item that has sold on Amazon.
Maximizing your number of active Synced items is the best way to get the most out of your Kicksync account.
